Este trabalho representa uma tradução parcial, não oficial, como produção de estágio do curso de Letras - Bacharelado em Tradução, da Universidade Paulista, o qual compreende o processo de profissionalização dos estudos.
This work presents a partial, unofficial translation, as an internship production of the Letters - Bachelor of Translation course, from Universidade Paulista, which encompass the process of professionalization of studies.
O relatório foi elaborado para registrar os trabalhos feitos no campo tradutório, e poder analisar sua concepção, os métodos atribuídos, as pesquisas realizadas, as escolhas e suas justificativas da minha parte, as exigências, e os desafios.

The work presented here is the translation of the first four chapters of the book - Far and Wide: Bring That Horizon to Me, written by Neil Peart, writer, drummer and lyricist of the Canadian rock band Rush, launched by Canadian publisher ECW Press, headquartered in the city of Toronto.
Como não havia nenhum material oficialmente traduzido em Português do Brasil até o momento da finalização deste trabalho, em outubro de 2018, esta tradução ganhou validação não apenas pelos critérios formais do estágio acadêmico, mas também como um primeiro experimento linguístico de transmissão do conteúdo do livro para a língua brasileira.
As there was no material officially translated into Brazilian Portuguese until the time of this work was completed, in October 2018, this translation got validation not only by the formal criterion of the academic internship, but also as a first linguistic experiment to convey the content of the book to the Brazilian language.
